We have completed our launch which consists of 6 sessions and lasts for 3 days, within the scope of the DBS Reward System.
In this project as Dikkan, we have evaluated our team members’ ideas related with improvements in the areas of occupational safety, quality, cost, delivery and environment.
We reward them and take action together to bring these ideas to life.
