We held the first One Flow event with our Accounting and Finance team to strengthen team spirit and support communication across our teams.
During the event, questions on the Jenga blocks gave us a chance to get to know one another better. Each move sparked conversation and laughter, bringing an enjoyable break to the workday. We then completed a puzzle together and experienced the value of teamwork firsthand.
We concluded our first One Flow gathering with shared memories, stronger team connections and a renewed appreciation of the values we share.
