As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dikkan carried out several initiatives to promote employee well-being and raise awareness of breast cancer.
During a training session led by our Health Team, the importance of early detection and its role in the treatment process were highlighted. Following the session, our female colleagues contributed to the initiative by painting our valves pink, bringing the message of awareness into our production facilities.
In line with our people-oriented corporate culture, these initiatives reflect our commitment to employee well-being and our aim to contribute to greater public awareness of breast cancer.
