Back FINANCIAL LITERACY AND STRATEGIC DECISION-MAKING TRAINING AT DIKKAN
Dikkan organised a training programme titled “Beyond the Numbers: Strategic Decision-Making and the Language of Financial Statements” to strengthen its data-driven decision-making culture and enhance employees' financial literacy.
Led by Prof. Dr. Ali Fatih Dalkılıç, the programme brought together colleagues from various disciplines and covered topics including the strategic analysis of financial statements, accurate interpretation of financial data and the impact of operational decisions on business performance. Supported by interactive discussions and practical examples, the training helped participants develop a more comprehensive perspective on evaluating financial indicators and making informed decisions.
