Back FAREWELL TO OUR LONG-TERM HIGH SCHOOL INTERNS
We held a special farewell program for our long-term high school interns who completed their internship period at Dikkan.
As part of the program, we asked our interns how their experience at Dikkan contributed to their personal and professional development. It was particularly meaningful for us to see teamwork, responsibility, continuous improvement, and respect highlighted in their feedback.
Their experiences and reflections once again demonstrated that our core values are not simply defined principles, but an integral part of our corporate culture—values that are embraced, shared, and reflected in our everyday working environment.
