The DBS transformation initiative continue with the "Grinding Production Increase" and "Reduction of Grinding Operation" kaizens.
As a result of the kaizens conducted with two different perspectives to enhance the production speed of the grinding department in the operation, ideas were developed to improve time management and provide high efficiency.
